What is Assistance and Repatriation insurance?

 

By purchasing the Assistance and Repatriation insurance, you will be covered in the event of health problems occurring during your trip.

In case of health problems due to the contraction of COVID-19, the insurance will cover all hospital costs of the insured (up to €30,000).

The insurance covers hospitalisation costs but also other medical costs (doctor, dental, pharmacy) or even repatriation in the most extreme situations.

 

How could you purchase Assistance and Repatriation insurance?

When you are booking, you will be able to opt for 2 differents products:

 

  • If you are living in Europe, you must subscribe to the “AVA – Assistance and Repatriation European Resident”.
  • If you are living outside Europe, the product “AVA – Assistance and Repatriation Non-European Resident” will be best suited for you.

 

Please note: Only persons under 70 years of age can subscribe to this insurance policy.
