The authorization to leave French territory for minors

Regulation governing the authorization to leave French territory (permit to travel) for minors was re-established by decree on 2 November, 2016. This concerns minors residing in France, regardless of their nationality, and will enter into force on 15 January, 2017. For more information, please click on our page “children“.


 

Check-in

Online check-in is not available on our website. We strongly recommend that you check-in at least two hours before departure time (three hours for flights to/from Morocco). Check-in counters/luggage registration close 40 minutes before scheduled departure time. If you are late, you won’t be able to board.

In order to check-in, make sure you have your ticket, your valid photo ID and, if required, a visa (check country of destination). Please check with your travel agent* for further information.


Boarding

At boarding, you will present both your boarding card and valid photo ID. If you are unable to produce a valid photo ID, we will be compelled to deny boarding.

Your travel agent will inform you of any changes regarding your scheduled flight departure time. Nevertheless, we advise you to check with your travel agent, prior to travel, if the scheduled departure on your ticket has been modified.

All our flights departing from Paris leave from the Roissy-Charles De Gaulle – Terminal 3.
