Discovering Oujda
Adjoining Saïdia, Oujda, a cosmopolitan city, is located on the border with Algeria. You will find the old ramparts there, witnesses of the history of the city and of the various influences, Berber, Andalusian or Ottoman. Historical monument, the rest of the ramparts were built by Driss Ben Yaïch in 1896. Two of the oldest gates, Bab El Gharbi and Bab Sidi Abdelaouahab, allow entry into the medina. Also discover the old Al Kabir mosque, the sublime Merinid medersa, the Dar Essebti palace, the Rafess and Guenfouda caves.
