Checked baggage

Baggage allowance

The hold baggage allowance differs depending on your destination. Please refer to the following document.

Excess baggage

If your baggage exceeds the maximum authorized weight, the excess weight will be subject to the payment of a supplement in accordance with our Company’s tariff schedule. Please note! Under no circumstances may your baggage exceed 32 kg, otherwise it may not be checked in as checked baggage.

Special luggage

Golf bags, bicycles, diving equipment, ski equipment, canoes, kayaks, sailboards, surfboards and water skis may be carried in the hold, but are subject to specific rates which can be consulted in the price list of our Company. Strollers (one per baby) and wheelchairs are carried free of charge.

Electronic cigarettes and spare batteries are not permitted in the hold.

Luggage packing

  • Packaging made with rudimentary means (such as household stretch film) is not accepted,
  • Soft plastic bags are strictly forbidden as checked baggage,
  • Each piece of baggage you wish to transport in the hold must be labelled on the outside with a barcode. This label will be supplied to you when you check in at the airport on the day of departure.
  • Any luggage that is visibly damaged, poorly packed or not in conformity with the regulations may be refused.
Bagages en cabine

Cabin baggage

In the cabin, you are authorized to carry one piece of hand baggage free of charge. The weight accepted in the cabin varies from flight to flight, so please refer to the following document. The sum of the three dimensions of your baggage (width + length + height), including pockets, wheels and handles, must not exceed 115 cm.

Any baggage not meeting these criteria will be transported in the hold (for a fee). We advise you to keep fragile or valuable items such as jewelry, cameras, laptops, etc. in your hand luggage, as well as anything you absolutely need.

One small piece of luggage (handbag/laptop, 40x30x20cm) is allowed in addition to the 10kg cabin bag and must be placed under the seat in front of you*.

Prohibited goods

Due to the reinforced Vigipirate plan and security measures imposed by European regulations, you are not authorized to carry :

  • Objects considered dangerous or that can be assimilated to a weapon. This includes pointed, sharp, cutting and blunt objects. These will be confiscated and destroyed at the security checkpoint.
  • Items defined as ” liquids “will be confiscated and destroyed when you pass through security.

  • Plants, flowers and other vegetation are not permitted in the cabin or in the hold on our airlines.
