Travel tips
For a worry-free start to your trip, follow our advice…
Air travel necessarily involves prolonged sitting, which can lead to a number of inconveniences:
- Don’t stay in the same position for too long, especially if you cross your legs.
- Do not place anything under the seat in front of you to allow you to stretch.
- Don’t hesitate to rotate, flex and extend your ankles to improve blood circulation.
Cabin air is rather dry and can lead to greater dehydration:
- Remember to drink enough water regularly.
- Remove your contact lenses and preferably wear your glasses.
- Limit the consumption of alcohol, which dehydrates the body and has a greater effect in flight.
You should also avoid consuming stimulants such as coffee.
