Transport liquids in cab

European aviation security regulations restrict the carriage of liquids, aerosols, gels and pasty substances in cabin baggage.

However, you may carry liquids in your hand luggage, provided they are :

  • Packaged in small quantities (maximum 100 ml per product);
  • Placed in a transparent, resealable plastic bag (such as a freezer bag) measuring 20 cm x 20 cm and with a maximum volume of one liter. The bag must be closed and the items must fit easily inside. Only one plastic bag is allowed per passenger.

The following liquids are accepted without restriction:

  • Specific nutritional foods without which you cannot travel, particularly in the case of allergies to lactose, gluten, etc. (medical certificate in your name);
  • Baby food required for the trip ;
  • The medication prescribed by a doctor, for which you can provide proof of necessity (prescription, medical certificate in your name, etc.).
  • Since January 31, 2014, liquids purchased in duty-free shops are also permitted in the cabin. duty free in airports or on planes, whatever the origin and date of purchase, with the invoice visible inside the bag. Do not open the security bag until you reach your final destination.

Liquids authorized in the cabin may be subject to specific security checks.
