Just like all other French airline companies, we have all the mandatory certifications and we meet all the regulatory requirements that enable us to operate as an airline.
How do we differ? We are both ISO 9001 certified and “Horizon Label” approved which establishes our trustworthiness and service quality.
ISO 9001 Version 2015
We were the first airline to be certified ISO 9001 across our global activities in January 2007. The AFAQ has regularly audited our company ever since. It has confirmed our certification in June 2016. Presently, we are ISO 9001 2015 certified.
ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that is part of the ISO 9000 family of standards for quality management systems. The scope of this certification is to certify that a company has developed and implemented this quality management system to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer requirements.
We were one of the three first airlines to obtain the “Horizon Label” in January 2007. This label, awarded by the CNTT (National Board for Safety, Quality and Transparency in Tourist Transport) was created by the French government in a public-private partnership (airlines, consumers and tourism professionals).
The aim of the label is to encourage airlines to make or renew their commitment to Safety, Information Transparency and Service Quality to passengers.
